Benjamin Arthur, OD, is the experienced optometrist and owner of Perspective Family Eyecare in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, New York, where he puts patient health and outcomes above all else. Dr. Arthur takes an integrative approach to eye care, partnering with his patients to design a plan that meets their vision needs, utilizing a combination of cutting-edge treatments and alternative therapies.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts in biochemistry from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, Dr. Arthur went on to earn both his Master’s of Science in vision science and his Doctor of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City.
Prior to opening Perspective Family Eyecare, Dr. Arthur gained valuable experience working for private optometry practices throughout Brooklyn and Queens, in New York City, as well as in New Jersey. However, his ultimate goal was to always serve his community and help change the patient perspective on the value of eye care by making it accessible and affordable for all.
With his warm and welcoming demeanor, Dr. Arthur makes all of his patients feel right at home as soon as they walk through the door.
